Come on out and Swing for Charity!
About
Swing for Charity is an annual rubber-boot, charity baseball tournament held every snowy Spring in beautiful Sundre, Alberta, Canada at the foot of big old Snake Hill!
Proceeds from the Tournament support charities important to the Sundre region, including:
- STARS Air Ambulance
- Sundre Fire & Rescue Society
- Nutrition for Learning (which provides nutritious meals for schoolkids)
In its inaugural year, 2006, $8,000 was raised -- a grand accomplishment for their first Tournament! And each year keeps getting better and better, with teams coming from all over Alberta to help raise funds for charity.
Why not come on out and Swing for Charity -- where everybody wins!
